Documents in the "information note" series are usually issued for each regular session and include:
- A/INF/session/1 : Opening dates of forthcoming regular sessions of the General Assembly and of the general debate
- A/INF/session/2 : Membership of Main Committees of the General Assembly
- A/INF/session/3 : List of non-Member States, entities and organizations having received a standing invitation to participate as observers in the sessions and the work of the General Assembly
- A/INF/session/4 : Arrangements for the high-level meetings and the general debate of the ... session of the General Assembly... information note for delegations
Other document series may also include the symbol element /INF/ to indicate an information document related to a session of the body, such as status of documentation in advance of a session, or committee membership or meeting participants.
