Creating records from template

1. Log in to MARC Editor.

2. To create a record from template (workform), click Record Editor in the banner navigation and select a type of record (Authority, Bibliographic, Speech, or Voting) from the drop-down list under Create Record

3. In the next window, select a template from the list of workforms and clickArrow icon to create a record from a workformto create a record from this workform. The selected workform will open in a new tab.

4. Edit the record as needed and click Save new to save the record. Once saved, a record number will be assigned to the new record.
