Click the name of the database you would like to visit. (Note that databases with the symbol are by ID only and not available.)
When you see the "Choose how to sign in" screen, choose "UN Staff with @un.org email"
You will be prompted to enter your United Nations webmail.
Enter your password and authenticate as you normally would.
You should now have access to the database.
Access from the library catalogue
To access the library catalogue, you can follow the "library catalogue" link in this guide, visit un.org/library and use the "Search for books, articles and more" search bar, or go directly to research.un.org/en/discovery
Click the title of the item you want to access.
Click the link that says "Full text available at"

Resident coordinator system staff members with a @one.un.org e-mail should select 'Personal accounts' and authenticate using their office credentials.
You will be prompted to enter your United Nations webmail.
